Red Flag Model
The Red Flag Model is a sophisticated tool designed to identify insurance claims that warrant closer investigation, addressing the significant issue of insurance fraud, which is estimated to cost over 300 billion USD annually. With large insurance companies processing tens of thousands of claims each year, this model helps prioritize and surface claims that may be potentially fraudulent. By implementing this model, I developed a method to effectively high-grade claims, enabling more efficient and targeted investigations into suspicious activities.
Woligo's Chatbot
I developed a chatbot for the insurance company Woligo, leveraging a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model and the Django REST framework for deployment. The chatbot's knowledge base is built from information scraped from Woligo's website, ensuring that it provides accurate and relevant responses to user inquiries. This chatbot enhances customer interaction and support, streamlining the process of accessing information about Woligo's services.
My FFGA Benefits+
My FFGA Benefits+ is a comprehensive mobile app developed using Flutter, available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. It provides users with seamless access to their benefits by logging in with their employer's group number. Key features include enrollment management, FSA/HSA details, Account Manager contacts, support, and secure storage for family medical information such as medical history, prescriptions, and provider contacts (doctors, dentists, cardiologists, etc.). Users can also store images of their insurance cards, ensuring they have all necessary information at their fingertips.
Stock Options Dashboard in Streamlit
I designed a stock options dashboard to assist my friends in their weekly stock options strategy workflow. Currently the dashboard scrapes data from the web using yfinance and python. The dashboard allows the dataframe to be downloaded to an excel file. It displays just the stock options that we want to see for the tickers we want. Future iterations will allow advanced filtering.
Sentiment Analysis for my favorite Folk-Horror Films
Folk Horror seems to be a very polarizing film genre. In this project I put my NLP hat on and took to Twitter for a quick sentiment analysis on a few of my favorites from the genre!
